Introduction to Investment Properties

DESCRIPTION

At the end of the course each student will be able to:
1. Quantitatively and qualitatively analyze residential income producing properties through the construction of a set of three real estate investment cash flow models on a before-tax-cash flow and after-tax-cash flow basis.
2. Describe and define real estate market analysis, phases of real estate market cycle, plus determine the correct investment strategy to pursue during each phase of the market cycle.

Each student will have an opportunity to construct a set of three comprehensive real estate investment models that will be developed over the course of the day. All pertinent information required to complete each model is provided through lecture by the instructor. The three models demonstrate modern real estate finance and investment methods for analyzing residential income producing properties

We have gone paperless however there will not be a handout to print/download for this class.
