Selling Solutions


Selling is ‘offering solutions which satisfy the seller’s/buyer’s NEEDS’.  The right solutions can only be determined when the agent understands the sellers’/buyers’ true needs – their requirements to make the decision to sell or to buy.  Sounds easy enough yet being able to distinguish between a true need and a want can be difficult.  Learn how to distinguish a need from a want, identify the seller’s/buyer’s true needs, and how to sell solutions to those needs
