Setting the Stage for Buyers Success
You have a buyer prospect! Where will you meet them? What will you ask them? How can you best determine what their needs are? What is your legal relationship with them? There are good questions and better questions to ask your buyer clients. We are going to talk about what makes a good consultation with your Buyer clients, so you can find them the best house in a reasonable period of time. This class will provide the tools you need to set good expectations with your buyer at the beginning of the transaction. You will also learn how to use the Buyer's Representative Form to prepare your Buyers to buy. Set your Buyers up for a successful transaction from the beginning!
