DESCRIPTION
This class discusses the differences between lender and owner’s policies and what coverage is included in each. The instructor discusses claims that have been handled based on these policies to help them understand the coverage. The instructor also discusses the differences between the Enhanced Homeowners Policy and the Standard ALTA Policy.
We have gone paperless; however there is not a handout that you need to print for this class.
