Greater Chattanooga Partnering with REALTORS® Property Resource

Whether you knew it or not, REALTORS® Property Resource (RPR) already is available to you as a member benefit from the National Association of REALTORS®. And it’s something you get at no additional cost as part of your national dues.

What is RPR? This short introductory video answers that exact question and highlights all that RPR offers, including: access to:

  • Schools and neighborhood information throughout the US
  • Commercial trade area data (including consumer spending habits) 
  • Statistical interpretations of demographic or census data 
  • Property public records data throughout the US (Residential and Commercial)

In addition to the above-mentioned tools, we’re partnering with RPR (read the press release) to incorporate our MLS data into RPR. This partnership will provide you access to additional tools within RPR, including:

  • Full MLS transaction history on properties including photos
  • Enhanced automated valuation model
  • CMA like the valuation tool complete with distressed, public and MLS records

How are REALTORS® using RPR? These testimonials highlight how you, too, can use RPR to enhance your business. Whether you’re an agent, broker, commercial practitioner or an appraiser, RPR has something for everyone.

Ready to get started? Once our MLS data has been mapped to RPR (we anticipate going live in January 2015), we will make training available to all members. In the meantime, create an agent account and begin using the tools already available from RPR.

What’s can RPR do for managing brokers? Within RPR brokers can reinforce their company brand, gain market intelligence on the company’s performance and promote ancillary services. Take a few minutes now to enroll as a broker in RPR, so when our MLS data is mapped to RPR, it will be branded to your company.

What can RPR do for commercial members? RPR Commercial helps you measure, predict, and target the right location for a client, whether representing a client looking to start or expand a business. REALTORS® have access to analyses, maps and reports detailing who people are in an area, what they do for a living, how they spend their money, as well as their preferred activities. This is a one-stop shop for comprehensive market data focused on demographics, psychographics and consumer spending.
