We're hosting Greater Chattanooga Open House Weekend on May 17-18. This will be our market's most active open house weekend of the year and a great opportunity for your buyers and sellers.
We will promote Open House Weekend through various media outlets in southeast Tennessee and northwest Georgia. So don't delay - go ahead and confirm with your sellers and add your open houses in the MLS. We want to include an accurate open house count in the media promotions planned between now and May 17-18.
As usual, we will provide balloons, but there's more in the works, including other swag and a social media contest. More details coming soon!
