Critical Technology Solutions for Today’s REALTOR®

DESCRIPTION

Upon completion of the course the student will be able to identify essential technology solutions available for improving customer service and reducing liability with their customer and clients. The student will be able to examine social media apps to use and become more effective in building rapport with buyers, sellers and relocation prospects by showing a high level of professionalism and competency. The student will be able to review several different options for data storage with cloud technology that provide access from anywhere and at any time. The student will also examine the latest Smartphone,i-pad/ tablet technology, features and advantages for the real estate professional to help improve and maintain good customer/client communications. The student will be able to evaluate video technology and its uses for marketing properties and services in today’s consumer based environment. The student will also review specific applications for use in real estate that enhance interaction with customers and clients, provide real-time property information, digital signatures for contract signings and more.

 

We have gone paperless, however there is no handout to download for this course. We will provide all handouts day of class.
