REALTOR® Party
At the local, state and national levels, REALTORS® advocate on behalf of consumers to protect and promote private property rights, including these recent advocacy successes.
- Voting in local, state, and national elections.
- Meeting regularly with elected officials representing the citizens of Hamilton and Sequatchie counties in southeast Tennessee and Catoosa, Dade, and Walker counties in northwest Georgia, as well as travelling annually to Nashville, Atlanta, and Washington D.C. to meet with state and federal officials on issues affecting private property rights.
- Investing in REALTOR® Political Action Campaign (RPAC), which supports political candidates whose philosophies are consistent with and supportive of the concepts of private property rights and the free enterprise system. RPAC support is determined through an interview process conducted by the local RPAC Trustees, who make a recommendation to the Board of Directors to request Tennessee REALTORS®' RPAC Trustees provide RPAC support.
