This 60-minute training will review the many search tools available to you in Flexmls, including:
- Using Quick Launch to start a new search
- Accessing your most recent searches via Quick Launch
- Including AND, OR and NOT in your searches
- Using Zip Code Overlays or Map Polygons to search in lieu of Areas
- Wildcard Searching, even when searching by Address
- Modifying/Saving the Quick Search Template to easily access your most-used fields
- Modifying the View to get what you want/need on the one line display
- Using the App to search
