In Spring 2026, GCR opted to participate with Realtor.com’s app available on ChatGPT, increasing visibility for our MLS listings and helping more buyers and renters discover them.
Key highlights include:
• The app combats “zero‑click” search behavior by directing consumers to Realtor.com for next steps, agent connections, and deeper tools
• Listing data remains secure and contained within the Realtor.com marketplace
• OpenAI is not permitted to use Realtor.com content to train its models
• Search results display only previews—consumers must click through to Realtor.com to view full listings, schedule tours, and connect with agents
Get started:
• Login to ChatGPT
• Go to Your Profile > Apps > Add more
• Search for Realtor.com
• Connect the app and start chatting (or type): "Hey@Realtor.com, help me figure out my budget for a home."
