• Using Quick Launch to start a new search
• Accessing your most recent searches via Quick Launch
• Including AND, OR and NOT in your searches
• Using Zip Code Overlays or Map Polygons to search in lieu of Areas
• Wildcard Searching, even when searching by Address
• Modifying/Saving the Quick Search Template to easily access your most-used fields
• Modifying the View to get what you want/need on the one line display
• Using the App to search

• Limited Service & MLS Entry Only Listings
• Agency
• Types of Listings
• Listing Status Definitions

Orientation is required of all New Members, with the MLS portion also required of all MLS Participants & Subscribers.
