	Mon, Mar 30, 9:00am – 12:00pm Fair Housing DESCRIPTION This class covers the fundamentals of the Fair Housing Act, explaining the legal protections against housing discrimination based on protected characteristics like race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, and disability; outlining the different forms of discriminatory practices, how to recognize them, and the legal consequences of violating fair housing laws; and providing guidance on best practices to ensure equitable housing access for all individuals, including understanding reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities.
