DESCRIPTION

2022 GAR Contracts class will be held IN PERSON at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® (2963 Amnicola Highway). 

Join us to learn how to identify the most recent changes to the GAR residential contract forms. After this class, you will be able to accurately list the contract changes, including how and why the changes were made and the impacts the additional forms will have on creating a valid residential contract. You will also learn how to demonstrate the practical use of the GAR residential forms and demonstrate the proper use in today’s electronic world to create valid, enforceable contracts. 

Course material will be emailed prior to class to print and/or download.
