2023 GAR Contrat Terms & Conditions class will be held IN PERSON. 

Knowing the composition of our GAR real estate contact and forms that’s competitive, realistic, and protects your buyer or seller best interests can literally make or break the deal. These various contract forms are the legal binding document that outlines the terms and details of a sale and purchase transaction. The primary purpose of a real estate contract is to clearly identify expectations of the buyer and seller and protect them both in the transaction process. Let’s break down how the contract clauses, contingencies and performance requirements work. Every year, the Georgia Association of REALTORS make changes to its contract forms. Completing this class, you will know the ins and outs of the GAR contract. You can proceed with the confidence that your client’s interest is covered for a smooth transaction.
