GA License Law-What, Why, & How Are You In Compliance? class will be held IN PERSON at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® (2963 Amnicola Highway).

THIS COURSE SATISFIES THE GREC REAL ESTATE LICENSE LAW EDUCATION REQUIREMENT. This course is designed to familiarize the students with the responsibilities and rights conferred upon all licensees by Georgia Real Estate License Law and Rules and Regulations. This course is tailored to provide licensees detailed guidance regarding License Law compliance and the ramifications that may follow for any violation. (This course provides both Real Estate Licensee CE credit and Real Estate Instructor CE credit.)
