The JANUARY offering was intended for in person and now needs to be via Zoom. Upon registration you will receive the Zoom link the day prior to class.
Future offerings of this class are planned for in person at Greater Chattanooga REALTORS® (2963 Amnicola Highway), pending unforeseen circumstances that may require shifting to Zoom.
This required 6-hour course covers topics set forth by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and reflects updated laws, rules, and interpretations important to licensees practicing residential real estate.
