TREC Core Course 2023-2024 classes will be held IN PERSON with ZOOM options available in MARCH & JUNE.
This required 6-hour course covers topics set forth by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and reflects updated laws, rules, and interpretations important to licensees practicing residential real estate.
