Expiration Dates

In Flexmls, the expiration date is viewable only to the listing agent/firm until the listing expires, at which time it is viewable by everyone. Agents who market to (soon-to-be) expired listings may set up and run a daily search for Expired Listings.

Member Profiles

To help ensure the integrity of our membership data, members’ basic contact information now will be edited in Rapattoni, not Flexmls. Members may login to IMS (Internet Member Services, where you pay your bill and register for classes) OR contact our Staff to make these changes for you.

Zip Codes in Lieu of Areas

We no longer are using Areas. Searches are done by Zip Codes, County and City. However, you may still search by "areas" by using the polygon feature in a Map Search.
