Connie Brewer sworn in as President; Board embraces the FISH! Philosophy to “Catch the Potential. Release the Energy.”
CHATTANOOGA, TN. (Jan. 2026) – Greater Chattanooga Realtors celebrated the installation of its 2026 officers and directors on January 22nd at the annual Installation Reception. The event honored incoming leadership and reaffirmed the association’s commitment to serving consumers, supporting members, and strengthening the Chattanooga region.
Connie Brewer was sworn in as the 2026 President. She was joined by President-Elect Jeff Nixon, Secretary-Treasurer Brian Erwin, Multiple Listing Service Chairman Travis Close, and Immediate Past President Ellis Gardner.
The 2026 directors are Robert Baker, Bev Boss, Kadi Brown, Christian Chacon, Rolanda Daniel, Natalie Hostetler, Steven LaMar, Winnie Paris, and Karen Parris.
In her remarks, Brewer thanked outgoing leaders and called members to collaborative service. “I am honored and grateful to serve,” Brewer said. “Leadership is not about having all the answers. It is about showing up, listening, and doing the work together. We shine brighter together when we support one another and keep people at the center of every decision.”
This year’s leadership team is committed to the four principles of the FISH! Philosophy: Choose Your Attitude, Be There, Make Their Day, and Play. Brewer noted that these principles will guide board service, member engagement, and community outreach throughout 2026. “Catch the Potential. Release the Energy,” Brewer said. “That is how we will approach the work.”
