  2. Identify what constitutes a basis for complaint.
  3. Describe what discriminatory acts and behavior are “issues” within the Fair Housing Act upon which a complaint could be based.
  4. Define ‘dwelling’ as the term is used in the Fair Housing Act.
  5. Explain how differing terms in a contract can have a discriminatory impact.
  6. Identify situations where ‘target marketing’ could state a preference for a tenant and be a violation of the Fair Housing Act.
  7. Identify what behaviors should be implemented in their practice to avoid any potential fair housing act violation.
