NOTE: Leadership Academy meetings and events are by invitation only to accepted applicants and special guests.

September 10: Welcome - Meet & Greet, 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm

September 11: The Leader in You with Monica Neubauer, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Prerequisite: Gallup: Clifton Strengths Personality Assessment
Leadership Skills by Monica Neubauer (4 TN & GA CE Hours)

October 2: Getting to Know the Association with Carol Seal, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

  • History of Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®
  • Governance Structure & How Association Decisions are Made
  • Key Bylaws & Policies
  • Three-way agreement between the Local, State and National Associations
  • Leadership, Committees, & Community Partnerships

October 23: Community Engagement with Habitat for Humanity at Habitat for Humanity ReStore Chattanooga (1201 E Main Street), 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

November 4: Community Engagement with Snack Packs at East Brainerd Church of Christ (7745 E. Brainerd Road), 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

November 18: Meeting Management with Carol Seal, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Prerequisite: Read Six Thinking Hats by Edward De Bono & The Perfect Board by Cal Clemons (books will be provided)

December 8: Hamilton County Commission Meeting (625 Georgia Avenue), 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm

Jan TBD: NAR REALTOR® L.E.A.D. - The Vision Course: Executing Your Leadership Vision with Maura Neill, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm

February 9: TN REALTORS® Hill Visit (2-Day Trip), Depart at 9:00 am
