A Critical Mission: It's Time for CLASS! Compensation, Lawsuits, Agency, Sellers, and Survival classes will be held IN PERSON.

This is an important, yet motivational, upbeat and informative educational session designed for agents with an emphasis on understanding the potential ramifications of the current and future NAR, MLS, DOJ and real estate company’s lawsuits will affect how agents are currently doing business. Reviewing current business practices, examining key issues in the lawsuits / litigation, getting a better understanding of what’s next, setting goals and implementing policies/ procedures for future business success are all important to servicing our clients and making homeownership a reality. This course will share the available resources to help you make the adjustments to maintain a happy client base and viable business. Attendees will:

  • Be updated on the latest lawsuits / ligation currently affecting the associations, real estate companies, NAR and MLS’s.

  • Examine the history of how “agency” has changed and what types of representation will dominate in the future. 

  • Learn the possible effects of the lawsuits and how they affect business practices today and what it will look like going forward. 

  • Understand how to communicate about compensation will look and sound differently in future transactions for both buyers and sellers 

  • Review what’s next. Where do we go from here in setting goals and implementing policies/ procedures for future client and business success 

  • Identify tools and resources that are available to yield efficient systems for running a better business and personal life
