Agency: What Does It Matter? course will be held IN PERSON.
During this highly informative, fun course, students receive in-depth information on the essential elements of agency relationships and the importance of fiduciary duties to clients. Gain comprehensive knowledge of the different responsibilities of each agency role, and the ethics related to your representation role. Participants will discuss ethical questions and apply the concepts they have learned to real live scenarios. This program focuses on helping real estate licensees raise their level of professionalism and become more competent in their dealings with the general public.
What can I expect to gain from attending this course?
- Explain how the issue of agency has become a major issue in real estate.
- Define and apply the basic terminology of agency and fiduciary duties.
- Summarize and demonstrate your understanding of the local and state rules related to real estate and agency.
- List your agency obligations (Buyer & Seller) to the various parties in a real estate transaction.
- Show your value proposition to customers & clients to help establish your professionalism.
