Artificial Intelligence is already shaping the real estate industry—from automated valuation models to marketing platforms and client communication tools. The question is no longer whether AI will impact REALTORS®, but how it can be used strategically and responsibly.

In this practical and engaging 3-hour program, agents will learn how to use AI as a real estate assistant—not a replacement. Participants will explore how AI can enhance pricing analysis, improve buyer and seller communication, strengthen marketing efforts, and streamline administrative workflows. The course also introduces Custom GPTs and Project organization systems that allow agents to build AI tools tailored to their business voice and processes.

Through real-world examples and guided exercises, attendees will leave with clear, ethical, and actionable ways to integrate AI into their daily practice while maintaining professionalism, compliance, and the human relationships that define successful real estate careers.
