2026-2027 MLS Committee Applications Due January 12

The MLS Committee establishes and maintains policies for the Residential MLS and Commerical Information Exchange (CIE), listing data compilation, and related services (i.e., lockboxes, market reports, tax data). Meets monthly.

The MLS Committee is comprised of nine Participants and two Subscribers elected to serve staggered two-year terms. No more than three members of the MLS Committee may be from the same firm, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company.

NOTE: While the MLS Committee is comprised of both Participants and Subscribers, the election is conducted by a vote among the Participants.
