DESCRIPTION

GA Broker Responsibilities course is designed for participants to identify considerations when managing a firm and licensee in Georgia. The course will further define the Qualifying Broker, Broker-In-Charge, Managing Broker roll and compliance for managing Real Estate Teams, Risk Management, best practices for supervising licensees, also the importance of selecting certain provisions when creating policies and procedures manuals and evaluate how current and future trends impact real estate brokerage management.

Course material will be emailed prior to class. 

*This course fulfills both the GREC Real Estate Broker CE and License Law CE Requirements.
