DESCRIPTION

(GA) Broker Risk Management class will be held IN PERSON. 

This 3-hour course provides real estate brokers with essential knowledge and practices for effective risk management. It covers key areas of broker responsibility, including advertising compliance, contract review, and trust account management, along with licensee supervision, support personnel utilization, record keeping, and GREC regulations. By understanding common violations and implementing sound policies, brokers can mitigate risks, ensure legal compliance, and maintain business integrity. (This course provides Real Estate Instructors CE credit.)

Course material will be emailed prior to class. 

*This course fulfills both the GREC Real Estate Broker CE and License Law CE Requirments.
