DESCRIPTION

The resource: RAIN project is a City of Chattanooga water quality initiative mandated by the state and presentation encompasses this city-wide initiative by explaining the new policies, ordinances and codes relating to rainwater management, water quality and land development. These new development standards are a game changer - promoting the use of green infrastructure and low impact development as a means for community revitalization and establishing Chattanooga as a leader in sustainable water quality management. This presentation gives us the opportunity to collect feedback from your members regarding these new development methods and standards, as they will go into effect in 2014.
