The City of Chattanooga is pleased to announce the launch of a new Down Payment Assistance Program designed to expand access to homeownership within our city limits. During lunch they will share a comprehensive overview of the program guidelines, eligibility criteria, and the processes that agents, brokers, and lenders will use when collaborating with participating homebuyers.
