DESCRIPTION

Course is designed for participants to identify duties when managing real estate accounts. Participants will identify potential trust account violations and identify responsibilities for trust funds when leasing, managing, and selling for clients and personally owned property.

Course material will be emailed prior to class. 

*This course fulfills both the GREC Real Estate Broker CE and License Law CE Requirements.
