DESCRIPTION

Come learn all the things about the MLS that will keep you in compliance!  Do you know how many days you have to get a listing into the MLS System? What about after it closes, how long do you have to put the sold information in? Learn all the “language” of the MLS including, what constitutes a “bedroom”, what is a “comp” in the MLS, how you handle a contingency, etc.  This course is mandatory for all new MLS Participants/Subscribers.
