DESCRIPTION

This course will take a detailed look at the Code of Ethics requirement, TREC Rules and Fair Housing Standards that apply to the multiple offer process. Agents will learn of their legal and ethical responsibilities to consumers in the buying and selling of real estate involved in the multiple offer process.
