DESCRIPTION

NAR’s Home Finance Resource (HFR) Certification course is designed to strengthen REALTORS®’ understanding of the mortgage and lending process, equipping them to better guide clients through one of the most complex aspects of a real estate transaction. Participants gain the knowledge needed to explain key stages of the loan origination process, answer client questions with confidence, and help buyers navigate available mortgage options.
