DESCRIPTION

Putting REALTOR® Safety First: Safety Strategies for the Modern REALTOR® course will be held IN PERSON. 

Developed in partnership with NAR’s REALTOR® Safety Program, the Real Estate Safety Matters course teaches you how to limit risk and increase safety for yourself and your clients.

Topics Covered:

• Safety best practices when showing a property, conducting an open house, working in the office, and driving alone or with clients or customers
• Quickly assessing a potentially dangerous situation and take appropriate action
• Safeguarding your own and your clients’ personal data, as well as practice prudent use of social media and mobile phone technology
• Encouraging all agents and employees to follow safety best practices and company safety policies

Course material will be emailed prior to class.
