DESCRIPTION

Real Estate Investing for Realtors: Transitioning and Serving Investor Clients course will be held IN PERSON. 

This course equips Realtors with foundational real estate investing knowledge to better serve investor clients and make responsible, sustainable investment choices themselves. By focusing on community-enhancing practices, Realtors can contribute to local neighborhood stability and economic growth while better-serving Investor-clients.

Attending this course will provide participants with the information to:

• Grasp core investment metrics and perform basic property analyses.
• Better serve investor clients with insights into sustainable practices.
• Understand steps to responsibly transition into investing themselves.
• Recognize the benefits of 1031 exchanges for community-supporting investments.
