DESCRIPTION

This course equips REALTORS® with foundational real estate investing knowledge to better serve investor clients and make responsible, sustainable investment choices themselves. By focusing on community-enhancing practices, REALTORS® can contribute to local neighborhood stability and economic growth while better-serving Investor-clients.

Attending this course will provide participants with the information to:

• Grasp core investment metrics and perform basic property analyses.
• Better serve investor clients with insights into sustainable practices.
• Understand steps to responsibly transition into investing themselves.
• Recognize the benefits of 1031 exchanges for community-supporting investments.
