DESCRIPTION

THDA 101 Basics class will be held IN PERSON.

The THDA 101 Basics class covers the Great Choice Mortgage program and the down payment assistance it provides. In this one-hour class we talk about what THDA is, who the program can help, and how the program works. After completing the class, you will have a basic idea of how to utilize this assistance to make more deals work and help your clients using THDA as a new ‘tool’ in your Realtor toolbox.

Course material will be provided during class.
