Urban Land Institute (ULI) is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world.

ULI is coming to Chattanooga to share its forceast on real estate and development trends, featuring insights from leading experts both nationally and locally. The event will feature a presentation on the Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2019 report—a publication from PwC and ULI—as well as a session on the outlook for Chattanooga area real estate with a panel of leading area real estate investors and experts.

12 - 12:45 pm: Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2019: Emerging Trends in Real Estate is a highly-regarded trends and forecast publication with a 39- year history. Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2019, undertaken jointly by PwC and ULI, provides an outlook on U.S. investment and development trends, real estate finance and capital markets, property sectors, metropolitan areas, and other real estate issues. The report draws on formal and informal surveys of real estate executives, investors, developers, and market experts around the U.S., including survey responses from over 1,500 real estate executives and personal interviews with over 350 industry leaders.

12:45 - 1:30 pm: Outlook for the Chattanooga Area: How will national economic and real estate trends play out in the Chattanooga area? What will happen to real estate fundamentals in 2019, and how do investors view real estate investment and development prospects for Chattanooga in 2019? This panel will address these and other questions.
