This month, Women's Council - Chattanooga is bringing together prominent voices in the Chattanooga building community for a dynamic and insightful conversation. The discussion will be moderated by Pratt Home Builders, with special guests Warren Cole of Cole Construction and Chrissy Smith of Empire Homes.

Together, they’ll share insights on today’s building landscape, how builders and Realtors® can collaborate more effectively, and what opportunities lie ahead in our local market. Whether you work with new construction regularly or want to better understand how to serve your buyers in this space, this conversation will offer practical takeaways and meaningful perspective.
