June 1, 2020 CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

We’re prepared to assist you … from a distance.

We are excited to see you again once we complete the implementation of safety protocols to serve you in-person. As much as we want things to return to normal, we feel it is critical that we reopen in a conscious, aware, and responsible way.

Our Staff are on-site and working normal business hours (M-F, 8:30am-5pm). You will see the lights on and our cars in the parking lot, but access to the building is limited to our Staff and any necessary service providers related to building maintenance, all of whom are required to wear a mask.

Aside from in-person networking and fundraising events, all member services have continued through the pandemic – membership applications, MLS support, support of our community partners, CE and non-CE opportunities, advocacy, leadership academy, e-Keys, Keyboxes, REALTOR® Store, etc. – please reach out to us:

  • General Inquiries:
  • Keyboxes & REALTOR® Store Curb-Side Pick Up: Contact us to place an order and arrange for contactless curbside pick-up.
  • Night Drop is checked daily. Psst! It’s the vertical slit within the left front door. If you feel more comfortable “handing” your drop-off item (i.e., MLS renewal fees, membership paperwork) to a Staff member, call us when you're in the parking lot, and we're glad to interact with you through the glass door.

Classes, meetings, and events continue via Zoom at least through JUNE 30.

We continue to follow guidance from the County, State, Hamilton County Health Department, and the National Association of REALTORS®.
