Courthouse Retrieval for Commercial Practitioners classes will be held IN PERSON.
Geared towards the commercial practitioner, this class shows you how to make the most out of tax data. Provides real estate professionals with tools and information to quickly start a new listing, enhance sales efforts, and find new clients. Create mail lists in three easy steps and save big $$ over direct mail companies. Find new leads using our powerful real estate market segmentation tools to define exactly what area and what kind of prospect to target. Once you finalize your real estate prospect list, generate mailing labels or export mail merge data immediately. Prepare professional presentations with easy-to-read, colorful tables and pie charts to tell a story about the property. And you can easily email reports and comps directly to your customers or colleagues.
Participants are encouraged to bring your own personal device to follow along.
