New Member Orientation is required of all REALTOR® members, and MLS Orientation is required of anyone having access to the MLS system. Orientation is a chance for our newest members to get acquainted with one another and all the benefits of being a member of Greater Chattanooga REALTORS®. Following a brief overview of local program and services, we will segue into MLS Rules and an overview of the MLS platform.
Course material will be provided during class.
Students may bring an electronic device to follow along during the MLS portion.

Every day, agents interact with strangers in isolated situations that put themselves at risk. Showing real estate leaves agents vulnerable to being attacked. Every year statistics prove this to be true. Agents are faced with unspeakable crimes resulting in fatalities. We do not want to believe that crime can happen to us but most people are unprepared for an attack. What would you do if you were confronted by a predator? Please wear comfortable clothing, this will be an interactive class.
