Meets monthly. The MLS Committee is comprised of nine Participants and two Subscribers elected to serve staggered two-year terms. No more than three members of the MLS Committee may be from the same firm, partnership, corporation, or limited liability company. NOTE: While the MLS Committee is comprised of both Participants and Subscribers, the election is conducted by a vote among the Participants.
